For rebate applications submitted on or after April 2, 2012, check your rebate status online with our 24 hour self serve website. If you used the mail-in option, please allow 4 weeks for us to receive and process your submission before attempting to check your status. Our call centre is also available during regular business hours at 1-800-215-4060.
